1. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Use the BAGS, WIREBAGS and ACCESSORIES links. You can also shop directly by filtering product features, such as color, carry type or bag size.

Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page.

Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page.

Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

2. HOW DO I SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

After registration as a member of www.anteprima.com, you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

-          Track your orders and review past purchases

-          Request a return or exchange directly from your account

-          Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List

-          Preview our new collections and register your interest for your favourite pieces through our seasonal Lookbook

-          Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

3. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

4. I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

5. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES WWW.ANTEPRIMA.COM ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay. You can also choose to pay with Paypal.

We have also introduced 3-D Secure, a service which gives you even more confidence in shopping at www.anteprima.com. This service protects your existing card against unauthorised use by prompting you for a private password every time you shop with us. To use this service, simply register with your bank first or other organisation that issued your card before you. To find out more, visit the 3-D Secure website.

6. HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?

If you are shipping to Hong Kong, your order will be charged in US Dollar (USD). For all other destinations, you will be billed the price calculated using the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction.

7. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

8. IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from www.anteprima.com to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature.

9. HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Product prices displayed on the site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

10. DOES WWW.ANTEPRIMA.COM SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

11. WHY ARE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLIED TO SOME ITEMS?

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, www.anteprima.com must adhere to particular shipping restrictions. If you add a product to your shopping bag that we are unable to ship to your country, you will be asked to remove it. Alternatively, you can change your shipping address to a different destination where these restrictions do not apply.

12. CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you have forgotten to place an order for an item, please cancel your order before dispatch and reorder again with the correct cart of items.

13. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

14. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You have 14 days to decide whether to keep your items. Simply request a returns merchandise authorization number (RMA) from your www.anteprima.com account and then send your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving your unique RMA number. Returns outside 7 days from receiving the RMA may be accepted at the sole discretion of ANTEPRIMA.

International returns must be sent via FedEx or SF Express. Customers will take full responsibility for the returns if they do not send the Merchandise via FedEx or SF Express. FedEx or SF Express will provide the airway bill to customers to complete upon pick-up.  Customers are required to write the RMA on the airway bill and the outside box. ANTEPRIMA reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made via FedEx or SF Express.

15. WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty.

All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Please note that it can take up to 40-60 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

16. What is Anteprima e-Club?

Anteprima e-Club is an online reward program exclusively for our Members who shop at this website. Members earn points that can be spent like cash at checkout of their next purchase(s) or redeemed on designated promotional item(s). Members are also entitled to enjoy other services and benefits such as:

Track orders and review past purchases

Preview our new collections

Add products you love to your Wish List

Save multiple shipping addresses

17. How to join Anteprima e-Club?

You just need to sign up an account and you become Member instantly. It is FREE to join!

18. How are points calculated?

Every time you purchase with this website, Anteprima e-Club let you earn points based on your checkout value, excluding delivery charges.

You will earn 1 point for every USD 10 on each eligible order:

i. Example 1: Spending USD 298 online will let you earn 29 points.

ii. Example 2: Spending USD 1078 online will let you earn 107 points.

You can also earn points by purchasing Gift Card(s).

Redeeming gift card and shipping fees are not qualifying items for earning points.

Points will be calculated based on the checkout value of one single order. No merged orders will be accepted.

All points will be credited to your Anteprima e-Club account after the delivery is completed.

19. How can I use my points?

Every 1 point is counted as cash discount of USD 1, you can redeem your earned points for your purchase(s) or designated promotional item(s).

To redeem points for your order, simply log into your account and choose "Spend your points" at checkout.

Earned points can be used exclusively on this website, and not applicable to any other online and offline stores of Anteprima, Anteprima Wirebag or Misto Anteprima.

20. How to check my points balance?

Your points earned will be printed on the order confirmation, which you will receive by email after check-out.

Upon logging into your account, you can overlook your points transaction summary and balance.

21. When will my points expire?

All unspent points expire 12 months from issuance. Issuance is defined as the date that members earn the specific points. Any expired points will not be reissued or renewed.

i. Example 1: If a point transaction takes place on January 1st, 2014, the points earned will be valid until December 31st, 2014.

ii. Example 2: If a point transaction takes place on December 1st, 2014, the points earned will be valid until November 30th, 2015.

22. Will my points balance be affected if I return an item?

When your return request is accepted by us and the return procedures are duly completed, the points you redeemed at check-out will be reimbursed to your account and the points you earned from the order will be deducted from your account.

23. Can I transfer my points to someone else? Can I exchange points for cash?

Points have no cash value and do not constitute property of the member. You cannot give or transfer your points to anyone else.

We do not accept the accumulation of points from different accounts.
