ANTEPRIMA offers free express shipping on all orders.
We ship to Hong Kong & Macau with SF Express, and rest of the world with FedEx. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We will dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm (UTC+8) will begin processing the following Monday.
For international orders, FedEx offers international priority express service, which delivers orders within 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers.
You will receive an email notification with courier tracking number when your order is dispatched. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that ANTEPRIMA will handle all tax and duty payments. The price displayed for each product is inclusive of all tax and duties’ charges. The following countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis:

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
All countries not listed under the DDP category will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. If you are shipping to these countries, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as we are unable to advise on the amount at the time of online purchase. As the recipient, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales’ taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs. Our courier, FedEx, will contact you locally with details of any import duty to pay.
Please be aware that if you refuse to pay these charges, the shipment will automatically be returned to us at our expense. We will then deduct any related charges incurred from the refunded amount of your original purchase.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENTYou will receive an email when your order is shipped to the email address you provided when ordering. You can track your shipment by following the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, simply type in the tracking number of your package on the shipping service provider´s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact our Customer Care team on email@example.com.
